Miami Dolphins running back Myles Gaskin has proven to be a solid option as the lead back for this offense. His fantasy value continues to rise especially with quarterback Tua Tagovailoa under center. Last week, Gaskin had 14 carries for 87 yards and five receptions in the passing game. He should continue to have a high usage against the Buffalo Bills in Week 17. A defense that has been average when it comes to stopping the running game. Gaskin should be able to hold high-end RB2 value this week.

Miami Dolphins running back Myles Gaskin returned with a bang during the Week 16 matchup against the Las Vegas Raiders. He rushed 14 times for 87 yards and hauled in five receptions for 82 yards and two touchdowns in the win. Gaskin was seemingly the only player on this offense that did anything this game. He continues to show that he is the clear cut lead back for this organization. Gaskin should be a high-end RB2 for the Week 17 contest versus the Buffalo Bills.

Miami Dolphins running back Myles Gaskin was been activated off the reserve list and will suit up against the Las Vegas Raiders in Week 16. Gaskin has been solid when he plays, but has missed six of the last seven games. It's assumed that Gaskin will return as the lead back here, but Salvon Ahmed should still have a role. The Raiders have struggled to slow down running backs all season long. Gaskin should be a reliable RB2 in most formats for Week 16.

The Miami Dolphins activated running back Myles Gaskin from the Reserve/COVID-19 list on Wednesday. Gaskin missed the last two games but should return as the team's lead back for an important Week 16 game against the Raiders on Saturday. The 23-year-old has been the Dolphins most productive back in 2020, but he's also played in just one game since Week 8. The seventh-round pick in 2019 has 121 carries on the year for 477 yards (3.9 yards per carry) and two touchdowns, adding 32 receptions for 249 yards. Rookie Salvon Ahmed stepped in last week for 23 carries, 122 yards and a touchdown, though, so the two could share the load this weekend, making this a more difficult decision for fantasy managers in their championship matchups. At worst, Gaskin would probably be an RB3/flex against a Raiders defense that has allowed the fourth-most fantasy points to the position this year, including 17 rushing touchdowns.

The Miami Dolphins have placed running back Myles Gaskin on the reserve/COVID-19 list, meaning he will not play in Week 14 against the Kansas City Chiefs. Gaskin's absence means that the team will turn to some combination of DeAndre Washington, Patrick Laird, and Elijah McGuire to fill out their running back corps this weekend. While it is unclear exactly how the team will split up the touches, Laird has mostly operated as a third-down back over his career. Washington has flashed at times when given a chance, including during a short stint at the end of the 2019 season while he was with the Las Vegas Raiders. All of Washington, McGuire, and Laird are worth a look on waivers with Washington the preferred add, but none are safe starts considering the lack of clarity in the pecking order.

Miami Dolphins running back Myles Gaskin has been one of the few consistent performers on this offense. Last week, Gaskin returned from a four-game absence and didn't miss a beat. He rushed 21 times for 90 yards and caught two passes for 51 yards in the backfield during the win over the Cincinnati Bengals. Gaskin will get a fairly favorable matchup against the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 14. A defense that is in the bottom-half of the league at defending the run. Fantasy owners should be able to trust Gaskin as a RB2 here.

Miami Dolphins running back Myles Gaskin returned from a four-game absence against the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 13. He stepped right back into the lead back role and didn't miss a beat. He rushed 21 times for 90 yards and hauled in two receptions for 51 yards through the air in the win. Fantasy owners can assume that Gaskin is going to return as the workhorse back going forward. He should be a reliable RB2 against the Kansas City Chiefs next week.

The Miami Dolphins activated running back Myles Gaskin (knee) from Injured Reserve on Saturday. It's great timing for Gaskin, as running backs Salvon Ahmed and DeAndre Washington are doubtful to play on Sunday due to injuries and Matt Breida is officially out after being put on the COVID-19 list. So Gaskin and Patrick Laird should handle most of the team's backfield touches in Week 13 against the Bengals. In his last five games before getting injured, Gaskin was averaging almost 17 touches per game, so he will be the more attractive fantasy option in his return against a Cincinnati defense that has been generous on defense all year. The 23-year-old should be considered a low-end RB2 this weekend and could be at risk of being eased back in. The Bengals rushing defense has allowed 5.07 yards per carry in 2020, which is the second-most in football.

Miami Dolphins running back Myles Gaskin (knee) has been practicing for two weeks but remains on the Injured Reserve heading into Week 13 against the Bengals. The team has until Saturday afternoon to activate Gaskin for the matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals. Gaskin has missed four straight games but was a reliable lead back when healthy. It's unclear what kind of role he could have if he returns, assuming Salvon Ahmed (shoulder) is cleared to play as well. It might be a timeshare, which would pretty much make both running backs risky options. But if Gaskin is activated and sees the majority of the workload in a great matchup, he'd have RB2 upside for fantasy managers.

Miami Dolphins head coach Brian Flores said the team will watch film on quarterback Tua Tagovailoa (thumb) and running back Myles Gaskin (knee) before deciding if they will play in Week 12 against the Jets. Tagovailoa's thumb injury wasn't deemed serious this week, so it's curious that they are considering sitting him out against the winless Jets in a matchup that he should bounce back in after being benched late in the Week 11 loss to Denver. With the injury and now the chance that he won't play at all, the rookie QB is a shaky low-end QB2 this weekend. Gaskin was designated to return from Injured Reserve this week and could make his return in an excellent matchup with the Jets. With rookie Salvon Ahmed (shoulder) ruled out, Gaskin could have some nice RB2 upside if he returns on Sunday. Check to make sure he's not available on your league's waiver wire.

Miami Dolphins running back Myles Gaskin (knee) was able to return to practice on Wednesday, which is a great sign. He sprained his MCL in Week 8 and has missed three games since then. Salvon Ahmed (shoulder) has missed two straight practices and is in danger of sitting out during the Week 12 matchup versus the New York Jets. This would be a great time for Gaskin to return, but we'll have to wait and see. He'd likely be a low-end flex option during his first game back, but it depends on who is available in the Miami backfield.

The Miami Dolphins designated running back Myles Gaskin (knee) to return from Injured Reserve on Wednesday. The club also activated defensive tackle Christian Wilkins from the Reserve/COVID-19 list. Gaskin practiced in a non-contact jersey on Wednesday, but his activation from IR doesn't necessarily ensure that he'll play in Week 12 against the Jets. In fact, fantasy managers probably shouldn't expect the 23-year-old back in a featured role for Miami until Week 13 against the Bengals. Check to make sure he's not on your league's waiver wire. If he is available, pick him up now, as he should be the team's most fantasy relevant back when he's back to full health. Rookie Salvon Ahmed should retain RB2 upside in an excellent matchup this weekend if Gaskin is inactive for another game.

Miami Dolphins running back Myles Gaskin (knee) is headed to Injured Reserve on Thursday, which means that he will miss at least the next three games, according to head coach Brian Flores. The good news is that Gaskin's injury is somewhat minor and he will not need surgery. The Dolphins have Matt Breida, Jordan Howard and Patrick Laird available to pick up the slack, and they just traded for DeAndre Washington as well. Although Breida has done very little for Miami in 2020, our best guess is that he'll have the first crack at lead duties, making him the best RB3/flex option in deeper leagues in Week 9 against the Cardinals. But until we know more about how the Dolphins will attack this situation, fantasy managers are playing a risky game with Miami's backfield.

The Miami Dolphins acquired running back DeAndre Washington from the Chiefs on Tuesday because Myles Gaskin (knee) is dealing with a sprained MCL and is expected to miss three games, according to a source. Gaskins suffered the injury late in the Week 8 win over the Rams. Washington still may not have much fantasy upside in his new home, but he could share an early down role with Matt Breida now that Gaskin is out for around three weeks. Jordan Howard will likely continue to be used in short-yardage situations, and Patrick Laird could also factor in. This might be a backfield to avoid until we have some more clarity, but Breida figures to be the most appealing as a Week 9 waiver-wire pickup and could have RB2 upside this weekend against the Cardinals.

Miami Dolphins running back Myles Gaskin continues to be a reliable contributor in both the running and passing game for this offense. He rushed 18 times for 47 yards and one touchdown in the Week 8 win over the Los Angeles Rams. He also hauled in three receptions for 16 yards through the air. The change at quarterback did not hurt Gaskin's value, so fantasy owners can be happy about that. He'll continue to be a reliable RB2 against the Arizona Cardinals in Week 9.

Miami Dolphins running back Myles Gaskin has become the clear-cut lead back for this offense. He rushed the ball 18 times for 91 yards in the Week 6 victory over the New York Jets. Gaskin is used both in the passing attack and the running game, which makes him a favorable option in PPR leagues. The Dolphins are making a change at quarterback this week with the move to rookie Tua Tagovailoa, but Gaskin's role shouldn't change too much. Fantasy managers should continue to be able to lean on him as a reliable flex option against the Los Angeles Rams.

Miami Dolphins running back Myles Gaskin set a new season high for himself in rushing yards during the Week 6 victory over the New York Jets. Gaskin finished with 91 yards on 18 rushing attempts with four receptions on four targets for 35 yards in the passing game. It was another solid game for Gaskin who continues to prove himself to be a reliable weapon in this offense. Gaskin has put himself as a weekly RB2 going forward, but will get a bye week before playing the Los Angeles Rams in Week 8.

Miami Dolphins running back Myles Gaskin has become the lead back this season. The team continues to heavily utilize him in both the running and passing game. Last week, Gaskin rushed 16 times for 57 yards and one touchdown on the ground. He also added five receptions for 34 yards through the air. There is a good chance that Gaskin will top that against the awful New York Jets Defense in Week 6. Fantasy owners in PPR leagues can plug in Gaskin as a reliable RB2 for this week.

Miami Dolphins running back Myles Gaskin continues to succeed as the lead back in Miami. He rushed 16 times for 57 yards and one touchdown in the Week 5 win over the San Francisco 49ers. Gaskin also hauled in five receptions for 34 yards through the air. Jordan Howard was a healthy scratch in this game, so that helped Gaskin here. However, Gaskin will have RB2 value in PPR leagues against the horrendous New York Jets next week. He should be added in all PPR leagues right now.

Miami Dolphins running back Myles Gaskin has become the clear-cut lead back for the team. Last week, he rushed 10 times for 40 yards and caught three passes for 22 yards through the air in the loss to the Seattle Seahawks. He'll get a tough matchup against the San Francisco 49ers in Week 5, a team that has allowed the fewest fantasy points to running backs this season. Gaskin should be able to be trusted as a low-end flex option in PPR leagues this week.
