At the halfway mark, the Fantasy Points PrizePicks Pick Finder is becoming even more valuable. We now have more than enough data to identify real trends and isolate matchups that matter. By comparing Fantasy Points projections to PrizePicks numbers, you can spot the projection gaps that lead to weekly profit.
The bye-pocalypse is here, but that doesn’t mean the action slows down — Week 8 still offers plenty of mismatches to target.

NFL Week 8 Picks
Romeo Doubs (WR, GB)
Fantasy Score (Standard) — MORE
PrizePicks: 14.2
Fantasy Points: 11.5
Romeo Doubs is split evenly on the outside with 34% of his time on the left and 38% on the right. Over the last 5 games, Pittsburgh gives up the 2nd most schedule-adjusted FPG to wide receivers. The Steelers are 5th in the league in Man rate and 2nd in 1-High coverage rate. Doubs has the 2nd highest target share (21.6%) and FP/RR (0.59) against Man on the Packers. Doubs leads the team in target share (22.2%) and FP/RR (0.57) against 1-High coverage. Expect him to be Jordan Love’s top read.
Courtland Sutton (WR, DEN)
Fantasy Score (Standard) — MORE
PrizePicks: 13.0
Fantasy Points: 15.6
Sutton has gone over this projection in four of the last five games. He has done it without relying on touchdowns, too - only two over that five game span. Dallas is the 3rd best matchup for wide receivers based on schedule-adjusted FPG. Dallas runs Zone at the 2nd highest rate in the league (3rd highest in Cover 2%). Sutton leads the team in target share and FP/RR against zone. Sutton’s target share increases when considering only Cover 2 and Cover 3 (what Dallas runs with the highest frequency). This is the perfect setup for continued consistency.
Mac Jones (QB, SF)
Pass Yards (Standard) — MORE
PrizePicks: 219.5
Fantasy Points: 255.4
With Brock Purdy out for Week 8, Jones will continue to start. In all but one start, Jones has gone over this projection. The 49ers have the 2nd best offensive line pass grade of the week with the Texans generating pressure at the 3rd lowest rate in the league. Teams are averaging 34 drop backs against per game. Jones averages 7.87 yards per attempt against zone - the Texans run Zone at the 7th highest rate in the league. 28 attempts should get Jones to the projection.
Breece Hall (RB, NYJ)
Rush Yards (Standard) — MORE
PrizePicks: 61.5
Fantasy Points: 81.8
The Bengals have allowed the 4th most rush yards on the season. Hall will look to continue the beatdown. The Jets have the 3rd best offensive line rush grade. Hall hasn’t gone over this projection in two weeks, but this is a perfect get-right opportunity. The Bengals have, particularly, been obliterated by zone concept rushes, which is what Hall runs out of 71.7% of the time. Expect Hall to bounce back in a big way.
Harold Fannin (TE, CLV)
- Receiving Yards (Standard) — MORE
- PrizePicks: 32.5
- Fantasy Points: 52.5
Fannin has the largest receiving-yardage gap of the week (+20 yards) and is heating up with 117 yards over the last two games. The Patriots have yielded 53 yards per game to tight ends over the last three. Another strong matchup for the streak to continue.

Josh Downs (WR, IND)
- Receiving Yards (Demon) — MORE
- PrizePicks: 39.5
- Fantasy Points: 44.2
Downs cleared concussion protocol and returns to face Tennessee. Before the injury, he topped this projection in back-to-back games. In their first meeting, he recorded 34 yards on just 12 routes from the slot. Expect a busy day in his return.
Stefon Diggs (WR, NE)
- Receiving Yards (Goblin) — MORE
- PrizePicks: 39.5
- Fantasy Points: 73.0
Coming off a torn ACL, Diggs has quietly produced as WR26. Aside from a dud in Week 6 against the Saints, Diggs has gone over this projection in three of four games. There is nothing better I could add that Graham Barfield didn’t already outline:
WR leaders in yards per route run vs. man coverage this season @FantasyPtsData:
— Graham Barfield (@GrahamBarfield) October 23, 2025
1. Stefon Diggs (4.89 YPRR) – Browns deploy the sixth-most man coverage (34%)
5. A.J. Brown (4.34 YPRR) – Giants second-most man (40%)
8. Rome Odunze (3.34 YPRR) – Ravens third-most man (39%) pic.twitter.com/rD9owXxwWr
