Palmer worked with the first-team offense during recent OTAs, Daniel Popper of The Athletic reports.
Palmer caught four of his nine targets for 45 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 35-32 overtime loss to the Raiders. The rookie finished the 2021 season with 33 receptions for 353 yards and four touchdowns.
