Thursday Night Football

Who’s ready for this debacle tonight? No, I’m not talking about the debate, I’m talking about this pivotal NFC East showdown between teams with a combined two wins. Giddy up! My one general rule for tonight’s game is to look toward the unders for these props. I’m skeptical about Boston Scott having much success this week so I’ll take Boston Scott under 52.5 rushing and I’ll pivot to Corey Clement over 20.5 rushing yards. Another over I will take a look at is John Hansen’s Thursday Night Special and take DeSean Jackson over 35.5 receiving yards (105 pts). D-Jax is finally healthy again and I suspect they’ll give him a shot to go over this total with a deep ball or two. Good luck and enjoy this game if you can! — Tom Brolley

Sunday Games

Added Fri/Sat/Sun morning

Wow, there are two slam dunks here, so I’ll just point them out quickly: Joe Mixon under 0.5 rush TDs (90 pts). Mixon is not playing this week. The other slam dunk is Aaron Jones under 75.5 rush yards (90 pts). Jones is reportedly not playing, though he’s trying to make a case to play. Even if he does (and the Packers are notorious for being overly cautious, so he’s got an uphill battle), Jones isn’t likely to be used at his full workload. I also like Kenny Golladay over 4.5 receptions (80 pts) against this Atlanta secondary. Look for Matt Stafford to throw Golladay’s way any time he’s matched up with rookie CB A.J. Terrell. FInally, we’ve got Drew Brees projected for 240 passing yards with so few weapons, so let’s take the Drew Brees under 280.5 passing yards (105 pts). — Justin Varnes

I’m looking at some receiving yard props this week, starting with Davante Adams over 87.5 receiving yards against the Texans this week. Aaron Jones will either miss or he’ll be limited this week, which should funnel even more targets toward Adams this week. Davante stepped right back into the lineup last week after a multi-game absence and he saw 10 targets and he posted 6/61 receiving in a much tougher matchup against the Buccaneers. For my other receiving props, I’m looking toward the Steelers passing game for two plays. Diontae Johnson has basically missed the last three games because of a concussion and a back injury, but I think the Steelers will want to get him back into the flow of things this week. He had seen a 32% target share in the first two weeks before his injuries so I’ll take Diontae Johnson over 47.5 receiving yards. I’m also going to fade JuJu Smith-Schuster under 47.5 receiving yards this week with the Steelers back to full strength at receiver. Even with Diontae out of the lineup, JuJu has topped out at five targets in a game over the course of his last three contests, and his aDOT sits at a lowly 5.0 yards this season. Good luck today! — Tom Brolley
