Thursday Night Football

Oh boy, this game got ugly in a hurry as both the Packers and the 49ers are missing multiple key players. The 49ers will be without QB Jimmy Garoppolo and TE George Kittle until at least December and they’ll be without RB Tevin Coleman and WRs Deebo Samuel and Brandon Aiyuk. San Francisco is in such bad shape that it’s literally going to have to pull former Bears first-round pick Kevin White off its practice squad for this game. I think JaMycal Hasty and Jerick McKinnon are going to have to do the heavy lifting for the offense this week so I’m looking at Hasty over 55.5 rushing yards (95 pts) and McKinnon over 46.5 rushing and receiving yards (100 pts). The Packers are hoping to get Aaron Jones back in the lineup this week but he could be limited if he does play. Green Bay is already down Jamaal Williams and A.J. Dillon this week so the Packer could skew a little pass-heavier this week. I’d consider Aaron Rodgers over 264.5 passing yards (95 pts) and over 26.5 completions (110 pts). Good luck tonight! — Tom Brolley

Sunday Games

I’m expecting some fireworks between the Raiders and the Chargers today in a game that features a total sitting at 52.5 points. Chargers’ games are averaging a combined 63.8 point per game over their last four contests with no contest falling below 57 points. Meanwhile, the Raiders played under the total for the first time this season because of less-than-ideal conditions in Cleveland last week. I’m looking for both Justin Herbert over 253.5 passing yards and Derek Carr over 268.5 passing yards to both hit this week in what could be a track meet between these. I’d also look at some of their receiver props to go over in that game. I’m also looking for the passing games to dominate in Buffalo today. The Bills have bled production to slot receivers all year so I’m looking at Tyler Lockett over 74.5 receiving yards. I’m also looking at Stefon Diggs over 78.5 receiving yards against a Seattle secondary that’s given up the most receiving yards per game to WRs this season. We should see a few overs on the props this week with ideal conditions across most of the slate after windy, sloppy conditions last week. Good luck today! — Tom Brolley

This Seattle/Buffalo game has an expected point total of 55 points, and with the Bills missing elite coverage LB Matt Milano, there will be extra pressure on their secondary. That creates extra room for these Seattle receivers, so give me the D.K. Metcalf over 3.5 total receptions (80 pts). I’ll also take the Cowboys finding ways to push into the end zone without risking aggravating Elliot’s injury, so let’s go with the Ezekiel Elliott under 0.5 total TDs (100 pts). Finally, based on our projections, a good bet is the Tua Tagovailoa under 20.5 completions (100 pts). — Justin Varnes
